This policy explains what personal data Body-Mind Fit collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
Who we are
Body-Mind Fit is operated by GTCSYS Services Private Limited, registered office at A-5, Second Floor, Safal Profitair, Corporate Road, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India. For the purposes of the Act we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. You can reach us at we@body-mind.fit.
What we collect, and why
We collect as little as the service allows. Each item below is collected only for the purpose next to it, and for no other purpose.
- Your email address, when you submit it on this website, so we can send you the updates you asked for and reply to you.
- The channels you select, so the updates we send match the condition you are managing rather than all six.
- Anything you write to us, in an email or a form message, so we can answer it.
What we do not collect
- Nothing from the channels themselves. Followers of our WhatsApp and Telegram channels are anonymous to us. We cannot see your phone number, your profile or whether you read a post, and we never receive a list of followers. Those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies, which govern your use of them.
- No health records. We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, your diagnosis, test results, medication or any other health information. Please do not send health details by email. If you do, we treat them as sensitive personal data under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and delete them once your query is answered.
- No tracking or advertising cookies. This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not profile you.
Consent, and withdrawing it
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. That consent is for the specific purpose stated at the point of collection, nothing wider.
You can withdraw it at any time, and as easily as you gave it, by emailing we@body-mind.fit with the word "withdraw". We will stop processing and erase your data, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew.
Your rights
Under the Act you have the right to:
- ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it,
- have it corrected, completed or updated,
- have it erased,
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated,
- complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
Email any of these requests to we@body-mind.fit. We answer within 15 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the address we hold, so that nobody else can act on your behalf.
Who else processes your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our mail, each of them bound to use it only on our instructions:
- Amazon Web Services, which stores the site and sends our notification email. Processed in the United States (us-east-1 region).
- Notion Labs, where a signup is recorded so we can act on it. Processed in the United States.
- Cloudflare, which serves the site and filters abusive traffic.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
This means your email address is stored and processed outside India. By submitting it you consent to that transfer. We will also disclose personal data where a law, a court or a lawful government order requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you withdraw consent or ask us to erase it, and we review the list yearly, removing addresses that have not engaged for two years. Email correspondence is kept for up to three years so we have a record of what was asked and answered, then deleted.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel to a private endpoint that is not publicly callable, and the records are reachable only by named members of our team using individual accounts. We review who has access when someone joins or leaves. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Rules require.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we hold very little: an email address and the channels you picked.
Children
Body-Mind Fit is for adults. The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of a child. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will erase it.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is material, announce it in the channels. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised policy.
