Body-Mind Fit

Medical disclaimer

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Everything Body-Mind Fit publishes is for education and general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a registered medical practitioner who knows your history.

Always talk to your own doctor

Seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any question you have about a medical condition, a symptom, or a change you are considering. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.

In particular, do not start, stop or change the dose of any medication based on our content. Decisions about medicines belong with the clinician who prescribed them.

In an emergency

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately. Do not wait for a reply from us. We do not monitor our channels or inbox around the clock, and we cannot respond to urgent clinical situations.

No doctor-patient relationship

Reading our content, following a channel, or writing to us does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship between you and GTCSYS Services Private Limited, or between you and anyone who writes for us. We do not diagnose, prescribe or treat.

We make no treatment or cure claims

Body-Mind Fit does not claim that any food, exercise, routine, product or service we describe will cure, prevent, diagnose or treat diabetes, obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome, back or knee conditions, sleep disorders, or any other disease. Where we describe what research or clinical practice generally suggests, we are describing general patterns, not promising a result for you.

General guidance, not personal advice

Our content is written for a broad audience living with a condition. It cannot account for your diagnosis, your other conditions, your medicines, your allergies, your pregnancy, your age or your test results. Two people with the same diagnosis often need different things. What is sensible for most readers may be wrong for you.

Individual results vary. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Who writes our content

Our content is produced by our editorial team and, where the subject calls for it, reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals. Where a post carries specific technical or clinical guidance, we name the reviewer and their qualification. Where no reviewer is named, treat the post as general information from a non-clinical team.

Independent professionals and partners

When we connect you with a dietitian, physician, physiotherapist, laboratory or other provider, that provider is independent of us. They are responsible for their own advice, services and professional conduct. We do not control, supervise or endorse their clinical judgement, and we are not liable for it.

External links and third-party content

We sometimes link to studies, organisations or tools we find useful. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content or accuracy. A link is not an endorsement.

Reliance is at your own risk

We prepare our content carefully and in good faith, but we make no representation or warranty about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for you. Any reliance you place on it is strictly at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law. Our terms of service set out the limits of our liability.

Telling us about a problem

If you believe something we published is inaccurate, unsafe or misleading, please tell us at we@body-mind.fit. We take that seriously, we acknowledge within 24 hours, and we correct or withdraw content that turns out to be wrong.
